Vintage OP Ocean Pacific Walking Surf Shorts 36 80's TAN Corduroy Skate

  • Corduroy - a thick cotton blend with big velvety ribs.
  • Color: Sandalwood Tan/Beige with Blood Red OP embroidery on front leg.

  • I am the original retail purchaser of this item decades ago.
  • CONDITION: Worn only several times. The elastic waistband is no longer very elastic due to age, does not spring back. Inside white hanging tag is slightly faded. - This item has been in storage for a very long time with other clothes. Some of the boxes had either soap bars or moth balls or combination. This item has a hint of the soap smell. In addition to those smell it might smell fusty like most old clothes does. These were either too big or too small for me; currently way too big. I think I may have worn them twice, but washed them 3 or 4 times.
  • The front metal snap-button closure on the waistband is approximately 17 mm diameter.
  • The zipper fly opening is about 5½-6 inches.
  • The zipper has fine plastic teeth and a metal pull.
  • The waistband height is approximately 1¾ inches.
  • The length from the top of the waistband on the leg side-seam is about 16 inches on the right leg and 15+ on the left leg side-seam.
  • The front pockets are attached external pockets with one side sewn into the side-seam.
  • The back pocket is a basic external patch pocket with 90 degree angles.
  • The back pocket measures approximately under 5½ inches wide by 6¼ inches tall including the seams.
  • Blood Red color Op embroidered directly onto the front left leg pocket. Approximately 1 inch (25 mm) wide.
  • There is 1 woven label (patch) sewn onto the garment. There is 1 attached white ribbon-cloth label with black printing (tags); this is folded-over and hanging from the waistband..
  • Woven Label/Patch: inside sewn on waistband - Rectangle - about 2+ inches by 33 mm tall - Text: Op® in white surfboard-shaped oval with Ocean Pacific.
