An annual plant. Branched bush, 40-60cm high. The flowers are fragrant, single, 4-6 cm in diameter, with golden yellow shiny petals. It is grown by sowing seeds in open ground in April-May or for seedlings in March. Blooms profusely from June to frost. In cloudy weather, the flowers do not open. Used in mixborders and on rocky hills, combining with lilac-blue colors, as well as for decorating bouquets
