If you encounter hardware-related issues with your item within the first year, you can either send it in for repair or receive a replacement, as per the terms of the warranty. Each product is assigned a unique serial number tag, which is scanned and added to the order history when your item ships. To maintain the warranty coverage, please retain the warranty tag throughout the warranty period. Removing the warranty tag will void the warranty.

Our shipping policy ensures prompt delivery of your orders. Once payment is received, all orders are shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We provide free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options can be selected and reviewed during the checkout process, with additional costs. Please note that international orders are shipped exclusively through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP).
