The doll is not included. The one snap may need some reinforcement if you prefer and just looking at the size and placement I believe the item is handmade.
My mail lady picks up from my home once a day around noon, so if you pay before noon then the item will go out same day and if you pay after noon then it will go out next day except holidays and Sunday.
Please read about combined shipping before sending a message. I will combine shipping just ask for a invoice on the checkout page with a computer only not a hand held device. If you do not have a computer I will provide a refund of any shipping overcharges.
