Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Gadgets & Things. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Return shipping is free and not the buyer’s responsibility for peace of mind.  If item is mailed back to us without contacting us first, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, minus any fees that may have occurred during the transaction. If item is not in the original condition, then only a 50% refund will be issued. Please allow 3 business days for item to be inspected and for a refund to be issued.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way (with the exception of any damage on the product that was shown in photos when purchased), or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.  By purchasing this item, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
