How it works:
Step 1: Make sure your sim card is activated, you can test it on your phone.
Step 2: Turn off the watch first (must be turned off, otherwise unknown error)
Step 3: Insert a Nano SIM card (with data plan and calling function) into the SIM card slot.
Step 4: Turn on the watch and wait 5 seconds. complete. Enjoy your new watch.
Step 5: Download the App (SeTracker2) on your mobile phone, scan the QR code on the user guide to download the App, and register an account to log in to the App.
Step 6: Implement all functions through the App.

How to activate the SIM card? Where is the SIM card inserted?
Before buying a watch, make sure your area has 4G coverage for the SIM card to work properly. Check out T-mobile or AT&T coverage maps.
You need to insert the purchased 4G Nano SIM card into the phone to make calls and activate, then insert the SIM card into the card slot on the side of the watch. (See picture for installation method)

Kind tips:
1. The power button of the children's smart watch is only used to start the watch. Long press the power button to enter the SOS function. If you want to shut down, you can choose to turn off the child's mobile smart watch in the settings
2. We recommend you to use AT&T/T-mobile 4G Nano Sim card
3. When using a children's watch, it is recommended not to wear it too tightly to avoid skin allergies caused by the sweat on the strap
4. Please remove the screen protector before using the kids smart watch
5. If you turn on the "Reject Unfamiliar Calls", "Do Not Disturb" or "Night Power Saving" functions in the App, your child's watch will not receive incoming calls
6. We do not charge any SIM card service fee. The service fee depends on the coverage of the sim card you choose
