If you are not satisfied with your item, you can reach us via eBay messages email or phone call. We will respond with a returns code to return the item to us for a refund.

Most of our Macs are sold with a 6 -12 Month warranty Please review the listing for specific warranties based on each product. The warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by the user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system files as well as any modification or accidental damage. After the first 30 days, the warranty will cover Hardware problems only NOT the battery or any accessories including chargers.

How to return

Should their be an issue with the item please contact us via eBay and will respond back to you with an RMA code.

Without an RMA code Returns are not accepted. For all exchange & returns queries please contact us via the Ebay massages centre

Returns will be processed within 48 hours once received at our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

An email will be sent out confirming a return has been received and your request will be processed to review the hardware and if any issues are found to be either replaced or refunded if we do not have a similar item in stock.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
