This Universal Second HDD Caddy (12.7mm) Replaces the internal Super Drive of your Notebook/ PC. It lets you add a second hard drive to the laptop system. With a second hard drive, you can quickly store and back up critical data. You can add this caddy to your laptop to give you another hard drive by
Simply remove your CD/DVD-ROM drive and put the Caddy (with the added hard drive) in its place.

User Manual: 

1- Unpack the New drive, lift the adapter retaining latch, and the screw to the hard disk.

2- Insert the drive into the Adapter at an angle.

3- Slide the drive into the connector until it locks into place.

4- Lower the adapter retaining latch until it snaps closed.
