• Handling - takes 5 working days! if some items from your order are over in our stock or damaged we offer replacement with the same thematic items. Our warehouse is locating in a dry, warm room! Stamps stored in special tablets! During handling the order, we try to reduce deformations and damages using disposable gloves! 

 

• Payment – we work with Paypal (if you have any problems or troubles with payment send us a message and we will help you). Also, we can receive payment to our European bank! Pls do payment for your order within 16 days since you won 1st item! If you see an extra shipping fee into your invoice better inform us about it! Pls make a one-time payment! No need to pay a shipping fee for each additional listing!

 

• Shipping – all letters go with R-letters with track numbers! If your buy a lot of stamps we can send your letter with EMS (Express Mail Service) – usually if your order weighs more than 1 kilo we offer EMS shipping or send an order in 2 R-letters.

 

• Combine – If you wanna safe on shipping and combine items for more than 16 days pls inform us about it. We will put your order on hold and it will go with your next order! If you want separate shipping, inform us.

 

• Packaging & Dispatch – we pack since 2012 and we know how to deliver your goods save! We are proud of our packing! Water and snow protection system. Unbend strong cardboard all of this will help your order be delivered save!

1. 8$ for letter 100 - 250 grams
2. 12$ for letter 250 - 500 grams
3. 20$ for letter 500 - 1000 grams
