Vintage Original Rotary Club International Libreville Africa Rare Wall Hanging Banner

Measures approximately 11" Long and about 7" Wide.

Please note that the dowel rod is in two pieces, and I don't know if it is broken.  However, this banner still hangs.

This item is in vintage condition with discoloration, creasing and marks.  It has been folded and will ship that way.  There may be other flaws from age and storage.
