Vintage Polly Pocket bracelet locket.

1994 bluebird toys

It is in the shape of a blue bow on a yellow wrist strap. When you open up the door there are 2 Polly pocket dolls on a little see saw in front of a sun.

When you move the small stick on top from side to side you make the little see saw move up and down.
