This dress is chiffon lined in a silky 100% polyester. It has a padded bust with an O ring in the center. It ties behind the neck, and at the center of the back, and at the back of the golden beaded belt. The waist is elastic. The skirt is lined down to mini length and the outer fabric is long sheer with slits. We also have this listed in sizes 1X and 2X and in ivory.

It is a size 3X. Each of the bust cups measure 12 1/2" from top to bottom and 11" wide. The waist measure 38" around and stretches to 70" around. The skirt is 48" long. The length of the lining of the skirt is 18".
