All orders are sent using Royal Mail's 48 service with proof of delivery. Orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday will be sent the same working day and should arrive within 2 - 3 working days. Orders received after 2pm on a Friday and all weekend orders will be sent on the following Monday (apart from Bank Holidays). Express delivery is also available at an extra cost; please see the Postage and Payments tab for all options. All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Orders from within Europe should take 5 - 7 working days whereas Rest Of World orders should allow up to 14 working days.

If, on receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it for a refund within 30 days. We kindly ask that the item is returned in a resaleable condition with all packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the incorrect item has been sent or the item is faulty.
