Dual thermostat simply means there are two internal thermostats that will keep the surface of the bed at 10-15° F above ambient air temperature when your pet is not on the bed. When your pet lies on the bed, it will warm to about 102° F.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days past the date of delivery. Unopened or unused items will receive a 100% refund. Used items will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you submit your return request through ebay you will be provided a pre-paid return label.
