Vintage 1935 On The Trail from "Grand Canyon Suite" By Fred Grofé Sheet Music.

A modern composition for the piano, published by Robbins Music Corporation.  On The Trail is the third movement of Grand Canyon Suite.  Grand Canyon Suite is an orchestral piece, which was featured in Disney's Fantasia, although the movements were moved around a little.

This is essentially a blue folder which contains the sheet music it is labeled for.  Lyric is by Gus Kahn. 

On the back of the sheet music, there is a compilation of four piano compositions titled, "Music for Americans." 

This includes "March for Americans" by Fred Grofé, American Waltz by Peter de Rose, American Serenade by Louis Alter, and American Lullaby by Duke Ellington.

On the inside of the blue folder, there is a compilation of four piano compositions titled, "Four Contemporary Piano Classics From the Greatest Catalog of Modern American Music."

This includes Royal Blue by Peter De Rose, New York Nocturne by Vernon Duke, Park Avenue Fantasy by Malneck-Signorelli, and In a Mist by Bix Beirderbecke.

The sheet music is protected in plastic.  There is some minor damage to the plastic, but the sheet music is fine.  It is discolored a little by age, but is in very good condition.
