The iPhone units we have in stock are mostly in excellent/pristine condition and are graded as Grade B/B+.
Grade A/Pristine (Like New):
Screen - Looks like new at first glance. No scratches, screen burn or cracks.
Housing/Frame - Near perfect condition. No visible signs of wear. No scratches, scuffs, nicks, dents or discoloration.
Battery Health - 85% or higher.
Grade B/Great (Very Good):
Screen - May have some light shallow depth scratches. No scratches visible when screen is in use. No screen burn or cracks.
Housing/Frame - Very minimal signs of wear. May have 1 to 3 hairline scratches. No scuffs, nicks, dents or discoloration.
Battery Health - 80% or higher.
Grade C/Good:
Screen - Moderate scratches may be visible when screen is in use. May have minor screen burn that does not impair functionality. No cracks.
Housing/Frame - May have limited small scuffs, nicks, or scratches. May have faint discoloration. No dents.
Battery Health - 80% or higher.
Grade D/Fair (Acceptable):
Screen - Large, deep scratches or swirl marks. May have moderate screen burn that does not impair functionality. No cracks.

Shipping:
We
know you want your order as fast as possible! We ship using the
quickest option available. All of our USA orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Canadian Orders will either be
shipped using XpressPost or Expedited Parcel.
International orders will be shipped with Asendia International Priority
Tracked.
Please note customers ordering from outside outside USA/Canada parcels may be subject to import tax and duty charges, which
the buyer is responsible for.
Warranty:

We
are happy to provide a pre-paid return label so you may return your
iPod for repair within 30 days. If it is determined that an issue
cannot be repaired, a replacement or full refund will be processed
instead.
Return shipping cost is not covered for international
returns or orders where the device was taken out of USA/Canada after
delivery.
