Return & Warranty

• We are always committed to providing customers with high-quality products. If you find that the purchased device is faulty or cannot be activated by the designated mobile operator, we will be happy to return the product for you within 30 days after receiving the product.

• These units are guaranteed new condition in box as listed but like most eBay sellers, we are not selling on behalf of Samsung and because of this, even though these units may have Manufacture Warranty tied to them, we can NOT validate it. Instead we offer our own 90 days seller warranty from the day of delivery. This warranty is for any no-fault manufacturer defect if it arises and not for any accidental damage caused by the user. Buyer must contact first for RMA. Once approved the phone will be professionally repaired or replaced.
