AMYA500Z2 is an Amiga 500 Classic and Plus Zorro II Professional Side Expansion Card
This adapter will allow you to use Zorro II cards designed for Amiga 1500/2000/2500/2500UX/3000/4000 for your Amiga 500 (and Plus).
It can be used with a large selection of HDD controllers, memory expansions, graphics cards and others.
Two versions are available:
1) Standard

The Standard version includes the minimum components to connect a Zorro 2 board powered by the Amiga 500 (and Plus) power supply, while the Full version includes all the components to use an external ATX power supply (not included) to power the Zorro 2 board. Switching between the power supply Amiga and the ATX power supply is automatic: just turn on your Amiga and the ATX PSU will also turn on only if your ATX PSU was previously set to standby mode. A bicolor LED will show the status of the ATX power supply
(RED=standby, BLUE=ATX power supply on).
Both versions include a terminal block that provides all available voltages to power other equipment (note: +3.3V is only available when using an ATX power supply, i.e. for the Full version).
Unlike other similar devices you can find on the internet, this card comes with some extra features and tricks. For example, all the power tracks have been reinforced through an extra tin plating as well as the presence of an ATX status LED on board (Full version only) and also two support feet have been added, without which the card would remain in suspension thus overloading the expansion slot and the PCB of the Amiga.

AMYA500Z2 è una scheda di espansione laterale per gli Amiga 500 Classic e Plus.

Entrambe le versioni includono una morsettiera che fornisce tutte le tensioni disponibili per alimentare altre apparecchiature (nota: il voltaggio di +3,3 V è disponibile solo quando si utilizza un alimentatore ATX esterno, cioè nella versione completa).
A differenza di altri dispositivi simili disponibili sulla rete, questa scheda è dotata di alcune particolari funzionalità e accorgimenti extra.
