Shipping
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. It is preferable to use PayPal, as this way both buyer and seller are protected.
Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to ship your item to you sooner!
We offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Mon-Fri). You should expect to receive it 1-2 days after dispatch (for orders sent with expedited shipping).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days to request a return for a full refund, or a replacement of the same product. The buyer has to pay for the shipping costs.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. A refund will not be given when the item shows signs of attempts of repair or modification. A damage fee will be charged to recover the lost value of the item that is returned in a condition different than what we sent to you. The fee corresponds with the damage done to the item.
