NEMA 5-15 adapter for Dual Voltage 30A Nissan Leaf EV Charger w/ NEMA 14-50 plug

OEM Nissan premium dual voltage EV charger adapter in used condition. Fully Tested. This adapter fits on the NEMA 14-50 hardwired plug on latest version of OEM Nissan dual voltage capable charger. This adapter allows for level 1 charging @120v 12 amps via the regular household outlet.
