Official Japan PROMO ONLY CD acetate (blue playing side) COMPLETE as issued with original printed paper insert + PRESS RELEASE. 

Plastic jewel case is the original item and has some surface marks and scuffs. 

The press release was folded FROM NEW when it was sent out with the CDR by the record company.
