New engine coolant temperature sensor wiring harness

In the majority of cases the sensor is fine but due to tension the wires tend to break close to the plug

This harness can be wired directly to the existing wiring allowing plenty of room for movement.

Broken wires display the same symptoms as a faulty sensor as follows:

Fan continues to run when the engine is switched off

Temperature not displaying or fluctuating

Poor fuel consumption

Please note that the sensor in the picture 4402578 or 4406830 is NOT INCLUDED and is only there for your reference.

 

This item fits some Vivaro 1.9 DTI & 2.5 DTI CDTI but please visually check the sensor type you have

against the picture before purchasing
