They can be applied to walls but are not recommended for walls with a texture to them.

This Decal if being applied to your car is made to be applied to the OUTSIDE of your vehicle window, and it is removable but NOT REUSABLE.

This is a vinyl decal and does not have a background. You transfer it to your surface with the included transfer tape. Where the black is in the photo, will be your surface showing through. Only the colored part will be in your final applied decal. All decals will come with installation instructions.
