Wild garlic Ramson is a perennial plant belonging to the onion family. Ramson has elongated bulbs, the thickness of which is about 1 cm, the stem is 15-20 cm high and 2 oblong leaves 10-20 cm long. The stem ends in flowers, collected in a hemispherical umbrella. The plant awakens in early spring, blooms in May - early June and bears fruit in late June. Usually wild garlic begins to bloom only at 3-4 years of age.
