This is a good buy on this. Some of these pieces are the heavy duty pro stuff and others, though petite, are indispensible sometimes when you get in a pinch even on a pro photo shoot like the ball head flash holder and the swivel umbrella/flash holder.
The first photo shows you all that's included in the sale. The one piece at the bottom right was added in later and is not shown to proper scale, but you get the drift of it. It's a very nice piece that can swivel different ways. The 2nd photo just shows you some of the same pieces from a different angle so you can see what they are. Some fit smaller size light stands so if you have a wider stand you get an adapter for them. I used to use a metal plumbing part as a reducer from Home Depot for 69 cents or whatever. The chrome piece is a great item and might even be a screw thread bottom.
A few of the cold shoe flash attachments are hard to find; the one having a pc cable hookup to it, and the other a small chrome ball swivel bracket which is great to put in your case as a lightweight and very helpful strobe holder for lots of uses. If you're doing interior photos just for example, and you need to light an area of the background, you can put a flash on this behind a piece of furniture. It's just very nice because it's so small and the ball head lets it aim anywhere you want.
