Due to some "carrot" (Do a Welsh to English translate on that word)  not understanding how these work I have to put this disclaimer. On receipt of these analog sticks, some of the pins may be slightly bent out of position. This is normal and anyone who has used these before will know all you need to do is bend them back very slightly until they align. They are designed to be slightly flexible so they fit into the holes easier. We have sold approximately 7,000 of these units over the last few years and I personally repair approximately 100 controllers a week with analog drift. I have never had a issue personally with any of these units and I'm amazed. We received our first complaint today about one of the pins being bent. I guess there are people in the world that just like to cause problems.
