We can custom draw pretty much any Country, County, State or island outline that you want and will send you a proof for approval before we go ahead with your order.

Laser engraved onto 3mm plywood.

The size will vary depending on the shape of your chosen county/county/state/island but it will be a maximum of 600x300mm

I recommend a fine or superfine permanent marker, like the twin tip Sharpie. If you would like us to send you one or more with your order, please select the correct option from our other listings, if you add to basket and mark as collect, we Will send for free with your guest book.

The front surface is treated with oil to reduce the pen bleeding into the grain. There will always be some bleeding when using a permanent marker, the super fine will bleed less than the larger tip. Although a ball point such as a Biro will not bleed at all the ink can fade over time.

Please note this is made from natural wood, so may contain small knots (see photo) and other natural patterns and marks from the grain of the wood. On the rear you may also find 'plugs' this is where a larger knots or imperfections in the wood have been replaced by a 'plug' of good wood (see image, this will only ever be on the reverse). We use high grade birch or poplar ply and each piece is different and unique. You may also find that due to changes in temperature and moisture in the air during transit it may arrive slightly warped, if this is the case, simply place flat at room temperature with a flat weight such a book on top and it should return flat after 24hrs.

Please be aware if posting outside the UK we have had a couple delayed beyond the 5-7 days this is due to them being at customs waiting for them to be checked and it seems that if this is the case it could take upto 4 weeks to get to you. This unfortunately is out of our control and majority of our items go through by the 7 days.
