GRINDING STEP

• Open the top cover and put the tablets into the hole on the left.
• Turn the grinder clockwise to grind the tablets into powder.
• After grinding, press the button and pour the powder into the water in the glass. Then you can swallow the powder very quickly.

DESCRIPTION

• Prompt for rapid grinding: grind 3 times clockwise, 2 times counterclockwise, and grind alternately for 30 seconds.
• Do not shake or tilt the grinder during grinding to prevent powder leakage or overflow.
• If the grinder gets stuck during grinding, please rotate counterclockwise several times, and then continue grinding clockwise.
