Our cardboard products are manufactured using recycled materials to save environment.

Returns from outside the UK
We would accept return of your order from outside UK then it would be at the cost of the buyer under all circumstances.
If You Change Your Mind
If you would like to cancel your order, then you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must wrap the goods securely to ensure that the goods are not being damaged during transit. Failure to do so, Boxomatic have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.
If you cancel your order and do not return the goods in specified duration, then we may charge you our direct costs of returning the goods.
How to request a Return
You can request a return via emailing via eBay Messaging system and we will be in contact within 48 working hours. We will provide return delivery quote for your order. Upon agreement with buyer, the return delivery request will be raised.

Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
