The steam sauna is a mild method from Ayurveda.

If you want to sweat properly, you need an infrared sauna that stimulates the subcutaneous metabolism.

Danger:

The steam generator must never be operated empty.

operation is only possible without pressure

the steam may only be directed downwards so that no congestion occurs.

We cannot assume any liability for do-it-yourself solutions.

The steam that comes out is 100 degrees Celsius, the subjective temperature is not as high as in a classic sauna because the steam condenses. The heat is thus released into the subcutaneous tissue. The liquid on the skin makes it subjectively cooler than the radiant heat of a 'hot air' sauna, which 'only' radiates onto the body.

The bottom is waterproof with a plug so you can drain the condensation at the end (or you can wipe it out). The material is a kind of rubberized canvas.

Many cultures have used steam saunas and steam baths for centuries and benefited from their health and relaxation-promoting properties. Saunas have taken different forms around the world, ranging from the steam rooms of the Middle East and the marble-lined Roman baths to the sweat lodges of Native Americans and the famous steam saunas so popular in Sweden and the Baltic States. Regardless of the different versions, they all have the same beneficial properties.

Enjoy the wonderfully soothing, warm clouds of steam. Even since Roman times, steam baths have brought us well-being, along with many benefits such as opening the pores, getting rid of impurities, leaving the skin clean and fresh, burning calories by stimulating metabolism because the energy expended in sweating can Burn hundreds of calories. The sauna is used and recommended by sports professionals such as jockeys, athletes and also dieters. Our mobile steam sauna can be packed and taken with you wherever you go.

You can also use scented oils. A boon!
Subjectively, the steam sauna does not appear that hot, since the water condenses on the skin and the heat released in the process penetrates directly into the subcutaneous tissue.

Attention: Sauna is delivered without a chair/stool. You are welcome to receive a foldable stool that is suitable for the sauna in our offers.

user manual
Connect the lower connection to the foot pump and inflate the sauna until it stands on its own. During inflation, please hold them up so that the air can spread more easily and quickly. In addition, please do not inflate the sauna too much, only add as much air as is necessary so that the walls feel pleasantly firm when you press your fingers.
Place a small plastic chair or stool inside, making sure it's tall enough to sit comfortably when you pop your head through the opening.
Fill the steam generator with water up to the mark (on the inside of the tank). Close the lid and connect the generator to the power socket. Connect the generator through the chrome plated hose to the large vapor inlet hose above the lower air fitting (used for inflation).
Set the timer to the desired duration, switch on the device and after 3-4 minutes the steam will start flowing into the sauna.
Undress and sit down, zip up to the neck and protect the material from sweat by putting a towel around your neck.
15 minutes may be enough for your first sauna session. Gradually increase the duration to 30 minutes.
