1983 Hasbro GI Joe Cobra Hiss Tank Vehicle.

The tank displays well but the turrets do not stay up as usual. Usual playwear but nothing is broken

The driver needs a new o-ring. So it's completely loose and hard to stand. Arms are still tight but the usual playware on the goggles and no symbol on the chest
