This motion figure has never been removed from its original box; the figure is in pristine condition; the box shows obvious signs of wear and tear. 
  1. Plays, according to package information, an unknown number of well known Christmas Tunes.

This is not intended to be used as a toy, rather as a display figurine. I have never put batteries in; the figure is in the same condition as when originally packaged.  I have no reason to believe it will not work, nor do I know if it will.  No returns for any reason.
