The outfit consists of a dress with short puffy sleeves with elastic, eyelet trim and binding around the neck, a ribbon bow at the neck, panties, & 2 matching hair bows on metal hair clips.

All fabric used in making the clothes is new. All seams are serged. All buttons & bows are hand-sewn on the items.
