All of this incredible information is presented in a red 3-ring binder.  This plastic binder has metal rings which are approx. 2 1/4" in diameter.

Pages in this binder are in very good, gently-used condition.  Pages are clean, complete, and smoke-free.  I note some penned comments written at the lower edge of some of the instruction pages.  Binder shows some white markings on the back;  there is a bit of 'rubs' from the first page, inside the front cover.  (Please see photo).
