This unit incorporates a MGW Lauda heater recirculator on a Haake refrigerated bath.

Unit powers on, pumps fluid, and seems to heat and cool successfully. The operation of the button on the lower right seems a bit strange (needs to be pressed in, rotated to a certain position to enable pump), but other than that, seems great.

Fluid has been drained for shipping, though there may be some residual antifreeze present.
