The safetots wooden bed rail is easily and securely fitted to your toddlers bed providing a strong and durable barrier to stop them falling out of bed whilst sleeping. the bed rail measures 1.10 metres in length and 38cm in height and provides extra security giving you piece of mind that your child will not injure themselves at bedtime. it is extremely quick to install as there is no need to screw or attach the bed rail to the bedstead as the weight of the mattress will hold down the bed guard. made from the best pinewood, the bed rail is safety tested and will fit most cot beds, single and double beds. features: quick and simple installation - simply slide the base of bed rail under the mattress, universal fit - suitable for cot beds, single beds and double beds (maximum mattress thickness of 19cm), fits most cot beds, single beds and double beds with a minimum length of 110cm, if using on a cot bed with a sunken mattress, there must be a minimum gap of 2cm between the mattress and the bed frame, can be used in pairs (for beds with a minimum width of 78cm), weight of the mattress holds down bed rail for secure fit, bed rail should not be used on inflatable beds, upper bunk beds or cots, should be used for children aged 18 months to 5 years, folds down for easy storage, safety tested to bs7972:2001+a1:2009, colour: grey, weight: 2.6kg
