Orders paid for before 4 pm will be dispatched the same working day.(Monday to Friday)
Orders after this time will be dispatched the next available working day. Working Days are Monday to Friday (This Does Not Include Weekends and Bank Holidays)
All purchases leave in A1 Condition We do put tape over all bottle tops for protection whilst in transit.
It is your responsibility to have the correct address and postcode information showing in the e bay transaction/sale, Orders will be delivered to your registered and confirmed eBay address. (Not PayPal Address)
Please Always check with your local Royal Mail Depot if the item/s have not arrived within the estimated dispatch times before contacting us at tan-tone.
Customers will have to Pay for Re Dispatch postal costs on any Orders that are returned to us as uncollected from the Royal Mail.
Any orders returned uncollected and not required will have a handling fee equivalent to the return postage costs on that item. (not the original cost) Minimum Charge of £3.99

Tan-Tone can not be responsible for late delivery.
Once items are dispatched delivery times are in control of the postal service.

Lost or Late Delivery
Non Receipt Of Goods Procedure
On the unlikely occasion that you do not receive your item within the estimated arrival time and you have checked with your local Royal Mail Depot (you should have been left a red card), Additional checks with Household Members/Neighbours then Tan-Tone will adopt the following procedure:-
1/ An e mail will be sent detailing our partnership with the Royal Mail and outlining the procedures which they follow.
2/You will then be asked to sign a statement for ‘Denial Of Receipt’
3/ The statement will be forwarded to the Royal Mail for investigation.
4/ The matter may involve the police if fraud/theft are suspected.
ALL of our items are sent on a fully trackable pinpoint delivery service which doesn’t require a signature but can still be traced on the Royal Mail Track and Trace system. Please consider this before approaching us for ‘denial of receipt’ claims.

6.Image of the paper invoice that came with the item/s

8.Contact us immediately and use the free e bay returns from your purchase
Returned Goods and Re Dispatch
Returns of unwanted goods will incur a handling charge of a Minimum Charge of £3.99 and must be returned within 7 days and notified before returning to us. All items returned as faulty will be tested and notified as soon as possible; If the item is found not to be faulty there will be a restocking fee of a Charge £3.99.
