The package includes:

a pair of integrated solder pen bodies

(including silica gel power cord 12AWG about 35CM,  copper ear interface can be selected according to the package for battery or high-rate model lithium battery pack, and EC5 interface is suitable for automobile emergency starting power supply).

Main points of use:

The battery should be strong enough, the interface should be firm, and the wires should not be extended at will. It is enough to adjust the spot welding slowly from the low power to avoid the influence of excessive current on the performance of MOS tubes. Do not connect the electrode in reverse at the input end, and do not use it beyond the specified voltage range.

It is recommended to use a lead-acid battery with good performance of 12V20AH-60AH, or a high-rate 3-series or 4-series power lithium battery pack, or an emergency starting power supply for automobiles as the power input. (It must have good performance, at least be able to start an automobile, and the voltage range is 12V-16.8V).

The matching nickel sheets are 6mm wide and 0.1mm thick nickel-plated steel belts, each roll is about 6 meters long, and the number is selected according to the package.

This product does not contain batteries. You need to equip yourself with lead-acid batteries or high-rate power lithium batteries with good performance  within the voltage of 12V-16.8V,  or emergency starting power supply for automobiles. (The performance of the battery requires the ability to start the car,  because the instantaneous current of spot welding is as high as 150A). The above batteries cannot be replaced by transformers or power adapters.

It is suggested to weld the nickel-plated steel strip within 0.1mm, and the effect of 0.2mm can also be obtained by overlapping two welds. Can't weld pure nickel or copper and aluminum.

This product is very suitable for electronic enthusiasts to assemble or use DIY lithium battery packs. With the design concept of simplifying the compl ex, it puts aside meaningless ingenious functions and takes convenience and practicality as the center.
