SPIRATONE Vario-Dupliscope CS Screw Mount with Paperwork

This eBay listing is for a vintage Spiratone Vario-Dupliscope Lens that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I'm not sure on what cameras this mounts too but it does have a screw mount. There is an adapter on the end that says CS as well. The optics are nice and clear!
