Antique 18th Century Pewter 12" Plate with Hallmarks ~ Richard Norfolk ?

This eBay listing is for an antique pewter plate that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. The overall size is 12" with a weight of 2 lb 5 oz. The bottom is marked with 3 faint hallmarks that I'll picture - I can make out part of a name: RICHAR. I THINK it's Richard Norfolk but not sure. Speaking of age - I believe this is from the 1700's era.

I just picked up a small collection of all antique pewter from a local estate auction and will have some other pieces listed in my ebay store at this time. I don't know a ton about antique pewter but a number of the pieces from this collection look to be pretty old!! I don't have any reference books or know of any good websites for reference on any hallmarks found or how to properly date the pieces from this collection. One of the pieces was dated 1775. As always, I welcome combined shipping whenever possible based on the total weight and your location.
