Flocking
printing is a common processing method in garment printing
industry. The printing special: stereoscopic effect(0.7mm
thickness in commonly), villus fell strong, the main
different from other printing and hot stamping is feel well.
The traditional flocking printing is finished by printing,
through do printing plate again and again in printing
stocks. Every one scrape after drying repeatedly, and then
transfer the villus on the printing stocks.
The technology is appropriate for professional large and
medium-sized printing plant. Our company agent imported
flocking printing with senior polyester fluff. Through
special processing technology and aggregate into film shape,
and do a finished flocking product attached hot glue with
high-temperature after PET film together.
The film change traditional printing way, it not only cut
designed pictures and transfer it with hot stamping
equipment, but also transfer it by iron. It is impossible
and realize for making a thing or small batch, and it is a
good material in clothing industry. |

Applicable scope:
It is applicable for various
textile fabrics. Don't be restricted by color printing with
strong covering power, especially for sports, LOGO, single
picture, clothing, textile fabrics, leather products,
luggage &bags, paper products, Oxford cloth, non-woven
fabric and so on.
Substrates can not be printed:
1. Water-proof cotton dress
can not be printed (surface has one water-proof coating
layer).
2. Diving clothing, PIZEX, can not be printed (surface has
one water-proof coating layer).
3. Rainproof products (can not bear 160-180C high
temperature).
4. Glass, ceramics, wooden and plastic products can not be
printed. |

Instruction of ASC Vinyl Transfer |
1) Make target design
by computers. Switch on the cutting plotter and
better try the pressure of tool in the first step:
After cutting, the color layer as well as one layer
of base paper can be easily removed at the same
time. |
2) The tool should
just cut half thickness of the base paper.
|
3)Set the speed
according to the size of the design. For example,
set the speed faster (at 50-75) for a large design,
and at 25definitely for a small one. Pressure is
about 150g.Lowerspeed cutting is very important! |
4)You also can cut
the design on PU vinyl By graver
|
5)Peel off the
unwanted color layer part when finish cutting.

6)The design on base
paper should be complete without any deletion. If
you peel the wanted parts ,you can press it back
then continue. |
7)Press by heat press,
Set the temperature at 150℃-175℃(310F-350F) and the
time at 10s -15s.
The temperature & time is not absolute, You should
adjust on actual status. |
7)Press by home Iron.

9)Cool peel the base
paper. |
10)A wanted design
will be on your unique T-shirt completely. |

Returns & Exchanges
