This listing is for a dip bowl in Department 56's Ribbons and Ice pattern.  It includes two spreaders that also serve as the penguins feet.  They fit into slots along the edge of the bowl and can easily be pulled out to use.  The figural penguin bowl has a silver finish on its back head and feathers, white on the inside of the bowl and face.  

The bowl is marked not microwave or oven safe and HAND WASH.  The bowl itself measures approximately 5" in diameter x 3" deep.  The piece itself is 9" x 6 1/4" x 5" tall.
