All returns due to our error will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. All other returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and no shipping fee will be refunded.

The cores of the remanufactured parts must be returned to us in the original box with all core labels. All core wires must be fully assembled without causing external damage.







All truck orders must be checked when receiving the goods, if there is any damage, it must be noted on the bill of lading. If damage is discovered after accepting the shipment, the carrier must be notified within 48 hours so that a hidden damage claim can be filed.
