Made: Made of hand forged steel, hand hammered & hand chiseled .profusely chiseled with REAL GOLD art work at some places small medallions with Arabic calligraphy. Skull : Hand engraved birds figures with two faces and wings Bottom Rim : Hand engraved and chiseled Arabic calligraphy from holy book Koran to invoke God's power and blessing to win battle. The helmet bears an elaborate chiseled engraving over its surface with floral and creeper design .Nasal Guard : Retractable nose guard to give protection to the center of face., adjustable & sliding . Chain mail : Helped to deflect a blow to the back of the head and neck. Spike : Finial at the crest of the helmet is flanked by the pair of the plumb holders. The interior is well padded with cushion. This makes this helmet adding dramatic detailing to this incredible piece of armour. An interesting helmet showing the influence of other cultures.
