- Please keep it connected to the power supply when using this docking station (power adapter included).
- Only one video port can be used in the same video stream (Display1/Display2), either a "DisplayPort" or a "HDMI".
- Please confirm that the type-c port of your laptop supports charging(Power Delivery), or the docking station's host charging function may not work.
- Suggested for use with web and productivity software; not recommended for gaming,video playback, 2D/3D graphic tools.
- Does not support HDCP (copy-protected) content playback from Blu-ray/Netflix/Prime/iTunes/Hulu, etc.
- Does not support iPad OS/Linux/Unix systems.
- On Mac, Display Rotation and Clamshell Mode require Mac OS 12.0 or above to be supported.
