Pulman shoes are designed for men and women. Strong enough for the street but comfortable as house slippers. They're perfect for most adult patients at home-or in chronic care facilities.

 The whole front of the shoe lifts and opens as a unit. With the foot in place, the front closes and fastens securely in whatever position fits best.
