WARRANTY

Warranty on all parts is 30 days, See conditions below

1. A warranty of 30 days is supplied free of charge with all parts.

2. Each part will be checked for condition and tested where appropriate

3. If on the event an item is found to be damaged in transport, please notify us with 24 hours

4. Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyers' acceptance of these Terms

5. Warranty relates to the supplied part(s) only it expressly excludes any consequential loss and fitting/labour charges

6. Any part tampered with or dismantled in any way will invalidate the warranty

7. All engines and gearboxes will usually be drained of all fluids for carriage. It is the customers responsibility torefill prior to use as any damage incurred as a result of not doing so will again invalidate this warranty. It is strongly recommended that a new timing belt befitted to any engines that we supply, and that all units be installed maintained, and adjusted by a qualified technician

8. Any parts damaged through incorrect fitting will void the warranty.

RETURNS

1. It is the customers' responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature - proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.

2. For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers' responsibility to keep them in a safe environment and return them in the same condition in which they were supplied at the customer's cost.

3. All returns will be fully inspected before a refund is issued (excluding any postage costs) Items are security marked and any fraudulent activity will be reported.

4. Any items returned damaged or incomplete will not be entitled to a full refund. If you are happy with your purchase, your positive feedback is highly valued. Please contact us if there is any discrepancies or if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase before leaving feedback.
