We normally use Royal Mail for deliveries, please have a look on following points.

• Royal mail doesn't usually deliver or collect on bank and public holidays.

• Also note that although we dispatch within 24 hours, we can’t take responsibility for bank or public or seasonal delay holidays.
• We will keep proof of postage, if the order is more than £10.00, or you can simply track your item on royalmail.co.uk.
• We can inquire to royal mail about your parcel for only 28 days after the dispatch date shown on eBay.
• You can track your parcel on royalmail.co.uk, if your order is more than £10.00, or your order has been updated with tracking number on eBay.

Hermes:

We prefer to use Hermes courier service, if the order is more than £10.00, please have a look on following points.

• Hermes doesn’t take responsibility of deliveries on public or bank holidays.
• There can be delay in parcel delivery, if there is a festival time like Christmas or Halloween.
• Also it can take up to 3 hours to show tracking number on eBay, after getting an email from eBay.
• We will keep proof of postage for 5 working days, or you can track your item on myhermes.co.uk.
• We can inquire to Hermes about your parcel for only 14 days after the dispatch date shown on eBay.
• You can track your parcel on myhermes.co.uk.

Dispatch:

• Orders which are received on or before 11:00 am, and paid in full on eBay portal, will be dispatched on same day. (We can’t guarantee during festival time).
• We also can’t guarantee for orders which are received after 11:00 am on Friday, they may get dispatched on following Monday.
• We have right to not dispatch the order, which isn’t paid on eBay.
• We do not take responsibility of an email regarding dispatch information of your order, which is sent by eBay itself.

Your parcel can get lost in post by any of the courier.

• If you haven’t received your item within eBay time frame, we request you to check with your postman, neighbor or in shed or porch in your house in the bin or behind the bin, sometimes postman left parcels in such places.
• If you can’t find your parcel at any of the places above, please do not hesitate to contact us, also take a note that royal mail can take claims for 28 days, and Hermes can take only for 14 days.

It can be happen that you may receive damaged item in the parcel.

• We check all the items before we pack them, still some of our customers receive damage item when delivered.
• In this kind of cases, we have to follow eBay policies and our manager’s instructions, which as simple as follows:
• Customer should have a picture of a received item, which can clearly show damaged part of the item.
• Customer should send us those images by attaching them in the message to us.
• Our manager will check images, and you will get help accordingly.
• Please take a note that all of the above must happen within 28 days of dispatch, after 28 days we won’t be responsible for any damaged item.

We want our customers to be satisfied every time they contact us.

• If any of the customers want to return us the item, it can only happen within 28 days after the dispatch date.
• While using eBay return, Please fill up Notes box with all details and the reason.
• All items must be return unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Return postage payment will depend on item’s condition and days after the dispatch date.
• If item will be damaged or dented in return, we will not issue refund or partial refund will be paid.
• We don’t take return from the customers outside the United Kingdom.
• No refund will be made if the item is not meet customer’s expectation or customer do not like the smell or scent.
