Vintage Jackson-Guldan Chris Adjusto Parlor Guitar.  These guitars are un-datable by serial number, but the double line Kluson Deluxe - 3 on a plate style tuners place it as being made between 1964-1969.  Original Chris Adjusto tag included.  Guitar ships in case for protection only.
