Here is a boxed collection of 8 sterling silver spoons titled Monarchs of the Century 1837-1937.  The spoons appear to have a light gold vermeil or finish and may shows some tarnish as well.  The set includes 8 spoons from Queen Victoria up until George VI including the wives of the kings.  The set seems to deliberately omitted Victoria's Prince Albert, but the other monarchs are accompanied by spoons of their Queen consorts.  The spoons measure about 4 7/8th inches long and are marked on the back of the bowl with the British sterling hallmarks - CB&S, Crown, Lion Passant and G.   (I believe these marks translate to Cooper & Bros. & Sons, the city Sheffield, the Lion for sterling silver and the G mark is for 1949.   The spoons weigh about 18 grams each.   There is some light wear on the blue display case.  The spoons show some tarnish but are nice.   Please see pictures and ask any questions.
